SWAN is a listing platform only. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence and meet in safe public places.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWAN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
